EMS Presentation & Engineering Approval

Please read through the following information before submitting stand/s. 

Exhibition: Africa Rail 2026

Date: 7 - 8 July 2026 | Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg, South Africa

Please note the following:

• Only add one stand to cart at a time. 
• Add local stand builder details.
• After completion of payment an invoice will be generated automatically
• Payments and design submissions done from 14 days prior to the show, will be considered as a late submission. 
• An Engineer will send pre-approval for the submitted stand within 1-5 working days.

Engineering Signoff, EMS Presentation, Wastage & Service fees (Applicable to all raw space stands) 
For space only stands the below fees are applicable for removing all refuse and unwanted 
materials left in the surrounding areas of your stand. This does not include your own stand cleaning which needs to be arranged separately with your contractor. These costs are inclusive of all related handling fees, build, show day and breakdown security and marshalling. This will also cover build day onsite inspection and monitoring of your stand build, and emergency medical. 

• 1sqm – 49sqm = R 5,000(Includes: Stand Audit, Wastage, Service Fees)
• 50sqm – 99sqm = R 7,500(Includes: Stand Audit, Wastage, Service Fees)
• 100sqm and above = R 10,000 (Includes: Stand Audit, Wastage, Service Fees)

*Kindly note that any stand design submissions received within fourteen(14) days prior to the event commencement will result in an additional fee of R1,000 per stand design, payable in addition to the outlined fees above.
