EMS Presentation & Engineering Approval

Please read through the following information before submitting stand/s.

Exhibition: WHX Johannesburg 2026 (Formerly Known as Africa Health)

Date: 6-8 October, 2026 | Gallagher Convention Centre, Midrand, South Africa

Please note the following:

• Only add one stand to cart at a time. 
• After completion of payment an invoice will be generated automatically
• Payments and design submissions done from 14 days prior to the show, will be considered as a late submission. 
• An Engineer will send pre-approval for the submitted stand within 1-5 working days.

DESIGNER STAND PLANS/DRAWINGS PRESENTATION AND APPROVAL – JHB EMS.

Cost per Designer Stand 14 DAYS prior to commencement date of Event:

• R1850.00 EXCL. VAT with ENGINEERING SIGN OFF/APPROVAL.

Cost per Designer Stand for late submission within the 14 days:

• R2650.00 EXCL. VAT with ENGINEERING SIGN OFF/APPROVAL.
